Well we made it through the cold weather up in Guntersville Al. Besides the the lack of eagles I believe we had a good trip. I was very glad to finally put some photographs with faces.

The Photo Contest for this month is about to end so get out and take a picture. The Theme is Old, Rusty & Corroded and the deadline for entries is the 28th.

Though no photo showed up above…the one that I clicked on of the “cold-looking” photogs on the first page…reminds me of when I was much younger and speeding across Lake Seminole at near 60 MPH on a bassboat with ice on the deck. Ahhh…them wuz th’ days. Not no more. It took many years to come to my senses and now I would stick my nose out only if it snowed this far south in Headland and was that cold. And then…only for a few quick shots. My snow shots now consist of fields of cotton…thankeee very much! A harty bunch you nawth’n Alabamians!
